LEARN TO APPLY SPECIAL FORCES SKILLS & TRAITS TO ACHIEVE PERSONAL EXCELLENCE

MISSION

At Direct Action Dad, our mission is to cultivate a cooperative community that empowers former or current Soldiers, First Responders, and Civilians by providing them with purposeful mentorship and guidance. Through the exchange of valuable skills, we strive to improve both physical and emotional health while working towards eradicating veteran suicide. Our ultimate goal is to foster resilience globally, creating a positive impact that extends far beyond our borders. Together, we envision a world where individuals from all walks of life thrive, supported by a united community committed to growth, well-being, and lasting change.

Join our group and help us develop a network of self-improvement programs including:

Accountability Corner:

You are 76% more likely to achieve your goals if you write them down and share your progress (1)! Accountability is key to your success! Share your goals with the group and we will hold you accountable and keep you motivated. You may just find someone with a similar goal so you can work as a team! This system works and our members are achieving their dreams daily!

Healthy Life:

Working out for 150-300 minutes per week will lower risk of death from all causes by 20-21% (2). Fill out some basic information and our Former Olympic and Special Forces Trainers will create a customized workout and nutrition plan to help you get as healthy as possible!

The "ARMS ROOM":

Time is a limited resource! Stop wasting it with endless internet searches. We've built, collected, validated, and organized a collection of research articles, self-paced courses, tips & tricks, books, videos, tools, and recommendations so you know that the information is accurate and valid!

Whiskey Club (Zoom):

Our monthly (soon to be weekly) whiskey tastings are a place for men to sit, relax, enjoy an all American beverage while discussing our current issues and problems in a supportive and non-judgmental group. (All members sign NDAs and we have never had a breach of confidence to date)

Open Support Groups (Zoom):

Dozens of support groups categorized by purpose bring men together to talk about their issues with other men experiencing or beating current issues. Groups range from the more serious issues including PTSD, Marital issues, infidelity support, suicidal ideations, financial burdens to less serious topics like woodworking, camping, local activities, parenting advice and more. (All members sign NDAs and we have never had a breach of confidence to date)

Social Link ups:

Link up with other local Direct Action Dads in your area to create fun social groups focused on improving self and family. From nature walks to pub crawls, our members enjoy meeting new people and creating a team dedicated to self-improvement.

Networking Linkage Rolodex Graph: (Coming Soon)

The linkage network allows you to identify other members you know personally and provides a linkage diagram. This is hugely beneficial when working toward goals and finding another member to help you reach them! Looking for a ticket to a basketball game? One of the members may know an owner of a professional team. Reach out and ask for an introduction. What's the worst that can happen?

Specialized Member Events: (Additional costs may apply)

  • Buddy Team Program (1 on 1 coaching)

  • Planned and coordinated annual father/child trips with Direct Action Dads

  • In-person training seminars

Additional member benefits include giveaways, members-only sales, and other perks added regularly. Read more about the team at our Team Info Page and our Why Join? pages.

Direct Action Dad stands united in unwavering support for our exceptional Special Operations Forces (SOF) Veterans, confronting the urgent challenge of veteran suicides head-on. Through dedicated social outreach, transformative team-building initiatives, and fostering a purpose-driven lifestyle, we're committed to creating a lasting impact. Your contribution directly fuels our efforts to build a strong support network, ensuring no veteran faces life's trials alone after their service.
